Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately, right now, we do not ship to PO Box addresses as we use a Priority courier service to ship all online orders. We suggest using a business address for deliveries, as all deliveries require a signature.

May I place an order over the telephone?
Yes we can help you place an order over the phone. Please note this only applies to stock available online. Please call 1800 335 002 and a Florsheim customer service representative will assist you in placing your order over the phone. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9 am – 5 pm AEST.
May I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes you may! When placing your Florsheim order, the first address required is for billing. When entering your billing address, please make sure it is exactly what your credit card or bank currently has on file for you. The second address required is for shipping. Please be sure to include any suite or unit number. If you are shipping to a business, the name of the establishment must be on line 2.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel any item or your complete order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process stage. Please emailinternet.orders@florsheim.com.au. We will do our best to fulfil your request.
However, please be aware that during busy sale periods, we unfortunately are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to: Change of delivery address, Changes to colours and sizes, Adding or removing items, Full order cancellations. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

My credit card is not being accepted
If you are seeing a ‘suspected fraud’ error, this is because our payment system has picked up that your credit card is not Australia/NZ issued. If you would still like to use this credit card, please email internet.orders@florsheim.com.au and we will process the payment manually.
What form of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Paypal & Afterpay. Any transaction/order over $1,000.00 cannot be paid via Afterpay. We do not accept cheques, money orders, COD's, or cash. We can only accept Australia/NZ-issued Credit Cards.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a digital service that makes it possible to buy something now and pay it off in fortnightly instalments. Unlike layby, you'll get the product right away, whether you're shopping online or in-store.
To create an Afterpay account you need a debit or credit card, to be over 18 years of age, live in Australia and use a Visa or Mastercard for payments.
Afterpay will appear as a payment option after checking out and before completing your online order.
If returning products from your order any refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule. If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.

SHIPPING POLICY
What is your Shipping Policy?
Florsheim Online will strive to process all orders within one day of the order being placed. Free Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. $9.90 Shipping on orders less than $100.00. Please note that free shipping* is only valid for online orders and may not be honoured in-store.
Orders will be dispatched using the most appropriate service for the individual item, most likely, Toll Priority (www.tollpriority.com). Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number for your parcel.
Orders will be delivered within standard business hours and must be signed for. If no one is able to accept delivery, a calling card will be left by the courier service and the consignment will be available from your local post office.
Florsheim Online will make every effort to ensure that all domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, however, cannot be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control.
Florsheim Online is not liable for any damage caused to goods during domestic transit.
What about International Shipping?
Florsheim.com.au does not offer international shipping. If you would like to find your local dealer, please email shop@florsheim.com.au.
TRACKING
How do I track an order that I placed on your website?
The day your Florsheim order departs from our warehouse you will receive an automated email confirmation. This confirmation will include your tracking number. Copy your tracking number to online.toll.com.au to view the movement of the package.

What is the Florsheim guarantee?
We stand behind all of our products. If you feel that you received defective merchandise through our website please email internet.orders@florsheim.com.au. If you received defective merchandise from a retail store, please email shop@florsheim.com.au.
