Returns

Florsheim is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your goods within 30 days of purchase instore and 30 days of delivery for online orders.

Our policy, including the change of mind limits, do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law. Please scroll down to see our full Return Policy.

Returning an Online Order – including Click & Collect.

Orders can be returned to our Online Warehouse or Instore.

  1. Please take your order into store, along with proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer on the spot refunds in our stores for online orders.
  2. Once returned to the store, if you request a refund, it will be processed back on to your original payment method within 4 business days.
  3. If you would like to exchange your items, for the same or greater value, this can be processed in stores. If you would like to exchange for a lesser value item, your online order will be refunded within 4 business days, and you will need to purchase your new item for its total price in store.

    We have a flat fee of $14.95 per parcel for all online returns processed through this portal. The customer is responsible for this cost (unless faulty, in which case, please contact us first before sending items back)
  3. Please package your return into the satchel or box it was delivered in and drop the parcel off to your closest Australia Post. Please do not stick labels or sticky tape on the original shoe box.
  4. For faulty items, please first contact Customer Service on internet.orders@florsheim.com.au before starting a return.
Please note:
Once received at our Online Warehouse, our customer service team will process your return and be in contact should additional information be required.
Please allow up to 7 business days for an exchange or refund to be processed once received at our warehouse. During sale, promotional and holiday periods return timeframes may be delayed.

Products purchased in store can be returned to any of our retail stores nationwide. They cannot be returned to our Online Warehouse.

Please note, Click & Collect orders are considered an Online Order NOT an instore order.

Return Policy

Florsheim is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your goods within 30 days of purchase instore and 30 days of delivery for online orders.

Our policy, including the change of mind limits, do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

If you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:
  • Exchange or refund is made within 30 days of purchase instore and 30 days of delivery for online orders.
  • is accompanied with satisfactory proof of purchase (see below)
  • the product is in unworn/original condition, this includes original packaging (ie. Shoe box)
  • The product is not included in the exclusion list below.

Excluded Change of Mind Items

  • Clearance Items: please choose carefully when purchasing items that are marked as Clearance (Items that end in $0.80 or are marked in store with a yellow sticker). These items are not available to return for a refund (unless faulty). An exchange or store credit will be offered if the following conditions are met:
  • Exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase instore and 30 days of delivery for online orders.
  • is accompanied with satisfactory proof of purchase (see below)
  • the product is in unworn/original condition, this includes original packaging (ie. Shoe box)
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online or Instore returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
  • Original register receipt
  • Online Tax Invoice / Shipping Confirmation Email / Click & Collect Confirmation Email (Online order confirmations will not be accepted)
  • Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)

If a refund is provided it will be returned using your original payment method.

In the event that you have received an item that you believe is faulty; please contact customer service immediately, or head into one of our stores. We take pride in our product quality and service, and our teams will be able to assist you.

You may cancel any item or your complete order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process stage. Please email internet.orders@florsheim.com.au and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Please be aware that during busy sale periods, we unfortunately are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
  • Change of delivery address,
  • Changes to colours and sizes,
  • Adding or removing items,
  • Full order cancellations.
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

From time to time a small number of orders may be automatically cancelled by our website due to invalid or insufficient payment information. We reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel your order if we believe the order is fraudulent or does not meet our minimum ID requirements. In these circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using either your contact number you provided at the time of placing the order or email address. We may request you to either provide further proof of identify before releasing your order. If we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability.

Your online safety and your personal information are of the upmost importance to us. If you have had an order cancelled and you have any questions regarding our policy, please contact our Customer Care team.

Shipping Policy

Florsheim Online will strive to process all orders within one business day of the order being placed, however in busy sale periods, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, this time frame may be extended.

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders over $100.
  • Standard Orders under $100 will incur a $9.90 shipping fee.
  • Express Post is available on all orders for a $14.95 fee.

Standard Orders: Florsheim Online will make every effort to ensure that all domestic orders are delivered within 2-10 business days, however, cannot be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control.

Express Post Orders: Express Post orders will dispatch within 1 business day; this may be extended by an additional day on busier sale days such as Black Friday or Boxing Day. Please refer to the Australia Post website for up-to-date delivery timeframes: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times

All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au)
  • Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number for your parcel.
  • Orders containing more than one item may be split into several deliveries. You will receive separate tracking numbers and email confirmations should this occur.
  • Orders will be delivered within standard business hours and may be left at your address if there is deemed to be a safe place. If a safe place is not available, a calling card with further details will be left by Australia Post.
Florsheim Online is not liable for any damage caused to goods during domestic transit.

We do not offer international shipping.

Payments

Florsheim Online accepts payment via Mastercard, Visa & American Express credit cards, Afterpay and Paypal

  • Prices of products, delivery or any other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time.
  • Florsheim Online will charge your credit card in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.
  • Gift cards are redeemable at Florsheim Online or at any Florsheim Retail Store.

Availability

All online orders are subject to availability.

If there is a shortfall in our online stock, we will endeavour to find any purchased item in one of our retail stores. In the case that we are unable to find the requested item, we will notify you via email and offer you the option to choose another style to the same value, or cancel/refund your order.

For Click & Collect Orders, should there be a shortfall in stock in our stores, we will process a refund or arrange delivery of the item from another location, based on your selection during checkout.

Florsheim Online has the right to refuse an order for any reason.
