Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Standard orders will usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Express Post is now available for $14.95 and will be dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays are not processed until the following business day. If you need your order urgently, we suggest using our Free Click & Collect option and visiting one of our stores.

Click & Collect Orders: please note that all items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Florsheim gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise, excluding items marked Clearance, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Unworn, undamaged Clearance items (which end in $0.80) can be returned for an exchange or gift card. Online orders can now be returned in store or to our online warehouse.
