Shipping & returns

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders will usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays are not processed until the following business day.

Please note, that our delivery partners are experiencing significant delays, due to the unprecedented volume across the market – if you need your order urgently, we suggest using our Click & Collect option and visiting one of our stores.

Click & Collect Orders: please note that all items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Please note that on busier sale days, this timeframe may be extended.

Florsheim gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise, excluding items marked Clearance, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Unworn, undamaged Clearance items (which end in $0.80) can be returned for an exchange or gift card.

Online orders can now be returned in store or to our online warehouse. If returning the order in store, please note, if you have requested a refund that this will not be processed on the spot, and will be processed within 4 business days.
