E-Gift Cards can be redeemed Online & Florsheim retail stores
If purchased Online, our customer care team will deliver your e-gift card via email within 1 business day.
You can print a hard copy of your E-Gift Card or send directly to the recipient via email.
E-Gift Cards can only be purchased with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $200.
Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
E-Gift Cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Standard orders will usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Express Post is now available for $14.95 and will be dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays are not processed until the following business day. If you need your order urgently, we suggest using our Free Click & Collect option and visiting one of our stores.

Click & Collect Orders: please note that all items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Please note that on busier sale days, this time frame may be extended.

Florsheim gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise, excluding items marked Clearance, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Unworn, undamaged Clearance items (which end in $0.80) can be returned for an exchange or gift card. Online orders can now be returned in store or to our online warehouse. If returning the order in store, please note, if you have requested a refund that this will not be processed on the spot, and will be processed within 4 business days.
